В фестивале-конкурсе принимают участие отдельные исполнители, ансамбли татарской песни, танца и гармонисты, вокальные группы, хоровые коллективы, народные инструментальные ансамбли независимо от возраста, образования и статуса.
Количественный состав ансамбля не более 10 человек.

Порядок и условия проведения фестиваля-конкурса:
Участники конкурса должны исполнить одну татарскую (протяжную) народную песню и произведение татарского композитора, то есть 2 произведения на татарском языке.
Танцевальные и инструментальные коллективы исполняют 2 номера с использованием национального татарского материала.
