В фестивале принимают участие отдельные исполнители, ансамбли татарской песни, танца и гармонисты, вокальные группы.
В программе фестиваля состоится выставка «Татарской утвари».
Для участия в фестивале необходимо до 16 января 2010 года предоставить в оргкомитет анкету-заявку (форму можно посмотреть на сайте www.centre-kirov.ru)
