«Не оценивайте людей, а цените их!» или «ЕДИНЫ В МНОГООБРАЗИИ».
19 ноября в ДК «Авангард» при участии национальных организаций и творческих культурных объединений, ВУЗов города Кирова, а также при поддержке Центра Национальных культур, Управления культуры администрации города Кирова и Управления по делам молодежи Кировской области прошел Фестиваль Национальных Культур – ежегодный концерт, который уже стал для нас доброй и приятной традицией.
В концерте принимали участие как различные творческие объединения нашего города и области, так и отдельные представители национальных общин.
Наш праздник был посвящен Международному дню терпимости (толерантности), который отмечается во всем мире 16 ноября. Этот Международный день был торжественно провозглашён в «Декларации принципов терпимости» ЮНЕСКО. Декларация была утверждена в 1995 году. В 1997 году Генеральная Ассамблея ООН предложила государствам-членам ООН отмечать этот Международный день.
Под терпимостью (толерантностью) в Декларации понимается «уважение, принятие и правильное понимание богатого многообразия культур нашего мира, наших форм самовыражения и способов проявлений человеческой индивидуальности». Декларация провозглашает «признание того, что люди по своей природе различаются по внешнему виду, положению, речи, поведению и ценностям и обладают правом жить в мире и сохранять свою индивидуальность».
В условиях роста населения и увеличения миграции во всём мире идёт рост ксенофобии и экстремизма. Терпимость означает, что надо знать больше друг о друге, выявлять лучшее в традициях и верованиях друг друга. Нужно уважать друг друга как личностей, самостоятельно определяющих свою самобытность, религиозную и культурную принадлежность, как личностей, понимающих, что мы можем ценить свои особенности, не ненавидя особенности других.
Можно много спорить по этому поводу, но важно понять одно — мы рождаемся, по сути, в равных условиях, не важно с какими атрибутами, но то, какими станем мы — зависит только от нас. То, как мы вырастем сами, а затем и то, как мы воспитаем наших детей, а также как научимся относиться к людям – будет основой нашего будущего. Какой бы национальности ты ни родился, в какой бы стране ты ни жил — главное всегда знать и помнить, кто ты есть на самом деле, и поддерживать в этом понимании других.
Мы должны быть терпимы, мы должны уважать друг друга, мы должны быть взаимотолерантны.
