19 марта этого года Местная Национальная Культурная автономия татар г. Кирова организовала конкурс национальной татарской кухни.
На конкурс было представлено 25 блюд в трёх номинациях: «Мясная выпечка», «Сладкое блюдо», «Овощная выпечка». Каждому блюду был присвоен определенный номер. Сначала кулинарные шедевры демонстрировались присутствующим, а затем гости оценивали их вкусовые качества.
Началось угощение с традиционного татарского мясного блюда – «бэлиш». Как только все попробовали его, сразу зал дружно загудел: «А кто сделал?», «Как готовят?», женщины начали делиться секретами приготовления, а мужчины восхищались и нахваливали. Бэлиш был представлен традиционно в виде высокого румяного пирога с мясом,
картофелем, луком и пряностями, а также так называемый «вак бэлиш».
Безусловно, мнения гостей, особенно домовитых хозяек, разделились, так как каждая готовит пирог по своему особому рецепту, тем более, что именно по этому блюду оценивается мастерство любой татарочки.
Как известно, хлеб – всему голова, поэтому, конечно, он также присутствовал на конкурсе, но не простой, а «тэбэгый» — традиционный хлеб каринских татар. Особенно понравился гостям «творожный тэбэгый», необыкновенно аппетитный, ароматный и вкусный.
Познакомившись за чашечкой чая с национальным блюдом, гости начали вести беседы на татарском языке. Сладкие блюда были представлены в большом разнообразии. Здесь присутствовали известные татарские сладости «чак-чак» и «губадья», пирог с калиной, а также пироги с творогом, изюмом и корицей, торт «Кучерявый мальчик», торт «С любовью»
(шутливо прозванный как «Мэххэбэт бэлиш»), «алма бэлиш» (пирог с яблоками). Наверное, сказать, что пироги и торты всем понравились, будет недостаточно. Гости готовы были голосовать за некоторые блюда по нескольку раз. В номинации «Овощная выпечка» участвовали пирожки с морковью и грибами, а также традиционный «кыстыбый» — тонкие блины из
пресного теста, в которые завёрнуто картофельное пюре.
Приятно было то, что на празднике присутствовало много детей, девушек и юношей. Молодые люди подавали блюда, ухаживали за гостями, следили за музыкальным сопровождением вечера. Дети же, насытившись вкусным угощением, беззаботно бегали и танцевали под татарские мелодии. В завершение вечера прозвучали песни на татарском языке под гармошку. Быть может, многим были непонятны татарские песни, незнакомы мелодии и блюда, но, безусловно, этот вечер останется у всех в памяти. Запомнятся ароматы выпечки, теплая домашняя атмосфера, веселая компания, народные песни и мелодии. Хочется надеяться, что данное событие еще раз напомнит нам о вековых традициях татарского народа, о его богатой культуре, так легкомысленно забытой в наше время.
