Татарские несогласные проведут в Москве пикет против отмены национального компонента образования и введения в школах уроков православия.22 апреля, с 17-00 до 19-00ч. у здания Министерства образования и науки РФ в Москве по адресу ул.Тверская д.11 состоится разрешенный пикет.
Пикет проводится в знак протеста против отмены статьи о национальном компоненте и введения в школьную программу уроков православной культуры. Организатор мероприятия — Народно-демократическая партия «Ватан».ПРЕСС-РЕЛИЗВ ноябре 2007г. Госдумой были приняты изменения и дополнения в ФЗ «О едином Федеральном стандарте образования», откуда был удален региональный (национальный) компонент обучения. До принятия этих дополнений в татарских школах татарский язык преподаволся 3 часа в неделю, теперь и этого не будет.
«Таким образом власть хочет добиться того, чтобы подрастающее поколение не знало родного татарского языка, тем самым прервать связь поколений, которая от отца и матери, бабушки и дедушки передается всегда и у всех народов. До тех пор, пока жив родной язык, и народы, и культуры сохраняются. Зная свой язык, мы можем общаться со своими предками, со старшим поколением, а если наши дети не будут знать татарский язык, то они никогда не смогут приобщиться к истокам национальной культуры, перестанут быть народом, исчезнут из истории, как исчезли такие народы и племена, как скифы, кипчаки-половцы, хазары, этруски, тавры и другие. Неужели вы хотите, чтобы в этот ряд встали и татары?», — бьют тревогу члены партии «Ватан».
«Основы православия» или «Основы духовности» уже с нового учебного года вводят в школы с 1 по 11 класс. Есть приказ Минобрнауки РФ, в соответствии с которым готовятся преподаватели для ведения этого предмета. Хотелось бы заметить, что только православие водится в школьную программу, не ислам и не буддизм, хотя они так же являются религиями коренных народов РФ. Власти открыто игнорируют многонациональность и многоконфессиональность страны. Данные переписи населения в 2002г. показали, что православные составляют — 45%, мусульмане- 20%, буддисты — 5%, представители прочих конфессий –1%, остальные себя никак не определили (26%). В связи с этим возникает вопрос: что, остальные религии – не духовные, раз говорится о духовности исключительно в отношении православия? Почему бы властям, если их так заботит духовное состояние подрастающего поколения, не ввести преподавание основ ислама и буддизма? Почему именно православию дается предпочтение? Хотелось бы напомнить господам депутатам Госдумы и чиновникам Минобрнауки о том, что по Конституции Российская Федерация является светским государством, от которого религия отделена, поэтому не следовало бы нарушать Конституцию страны.
Внедрение в школьную программу только «Основ православной культуры» (ОПК) является методом русификации насильственным путем подрастающего поколения тех народов РФ, которые традиционно относятся к исламской и буддийской культурам. Если уж власти так озабочены ростом духовности юных граждан страны, то нужно, чтобы и ислам, и буддизм, как религии коренных народов РФ, в равной степени с православием преподавались в школах с 1 по 11 класс, и чтобы были созданы для этого такие же условия, какие создаются для РПЦ. Законы РФ и Конституция страны провозглашают равенство всех ее граждан независимо от цвета кожи, национальности, вероисповедания, имущественного и социального положения. А что на самом деле? Если представительная власть принимает закон, ущемляющий право национальных меньшинств на получение образования на родном языке, а Минобрнауки разрабатывает учебную программу с введением ОПК для всех общеобразовательных учебных учреждений РФ, то как такое государство называть?» — заявляют представители организации «Ватан».Партия «Ватан» считает, что молчать и отсиживатья дальше нельзя, иначе, видя наше молчание, власти примут его как знак согласия.
