«Принятие стандартов в нынешнем проектном виде может создать серьезную проблему с реализацией республиканского закона «О языках», обеспечивающего равенство изучения государственных языков Татарстана (русского и татарского)», — сказал Н.Валеев на коллегии ведомства в четверг в Казани.
Он отметил, что с введением новых стандартов на татарский язык будет отведен недостаточный объем учебного времени для того, чтобы обеспечить такое равенство.
По его словам, в связи с этим Татарстан, возможно, откажется от участия в пилотном проекте по досрочному внедрению федеральных образовательных стандартов, в котором республике наряду с некоторыми другими регионами России предложено участвовать до того, как они в 2009 году начнут действовать по всей России. «Это вынуждает нас отказаться от участия в федеральном эксперименте по введению стандартов», — сказал министр.
Н.Валеев сообщил, что министерство образования и науки Татарстана подготовило законопроект, предусматривающий возможность регионов формировать национально-региональный компонент. Сейчас документ внесен в Государственный совет Татарстана.
Федеральный закон «О внесении изменений в отдельные законодательные акты РФ в части изменения понятия и структуры государственного образовательного стандарта» был подписан 1 декабря 2007 года. Согласно закону, обучение по новым федеральным госстандартам начнется с 1 сентября 2009 года.
