Ваша встреча сегодня очень важна и актуальна не только для татарского народа — она может стать значимой и для всей России. Будем надеяться, что на съезде прозвучат важные, серьезные вещи и о развитии национального самосознания вашего народа, умеющего жить мудро в соседстве с другими народами, и о преодолении нарастающей волны ксенофобии, захлестнувшей Россию.
На наш взгляд, самое опасное сегодня — рост агрессивности национализма, потому что всякое заигрывание с этой темой в многонациональной стране грозит исключительно тяжелыми последствиями.
Российские власти не только абсолютно недостаточно противостоят опасным ксенофобским проявлениям, но и относятся к ним более чем лояльно. Имея под рукой националистическую версию происходящего, власть всегда может манипулировать важными темами, например, прикрывать коррупцию.
На наш взгляд — справедливое решение национальных проблем является важнейшим вопросом внутренней политики Российской Федерации.
У «Яблока» есть содержательная позиция по экстремизму и ксенофобии, мы предлагаем меры, направленные на культурное развитие, равенство возможностей всех граждан, прекращение использования языка вражды. Наша партия выступает за то, чтобы всем коренным народам и языкам предоставить равные возможности для сохранения и развития, чтобы у граждан не было угрозы их национальной самобытности, чтобы культурное достояние государства произрастало прежде всего из богатейшего наследия населяющих её народов.
Мы помним и об отмеченном в этом году 50-летии Кыштымской трагедии. В результате произошедшего полвека назад взрыва, а также неразумной деятельности ПО «МАЯК» радиоактивными и производственными отходами отравлена гигантская территория в Челябинской, Курганской и Свердловской областях. Мы и сейчас не знаем всей картины произошедшего, и сейчас, имея гигантские доходы от продажи нефти и газа, государство не спешит в полной мере компенсировать ущерб, нанесенный своим гражданам. Жителям села Муслюмово предлагают переселиться в ту же зону, а о Татарской Караболке совсем забыли.
У нас нет уверенности, что вновь избранная Дума будет действовать в направлении решения этих проблем.
Мы понимаем, что в таком тонком вопросе, как умение жить вместе людям разных культур, невозможно действовать резко и декларативно, но последовательные шаги в этом направлении необходимы.
Будем надеяться, что ваше собрание, состоящее из самых уважаемых представителей татарского народа, внесет свое разумное и взвешенное слово в решение нашей общей проблемы.
Желаю вашему съезду продуктивной работы.
От наших общих усилий зависит наше будущее. Мы не можем отдать его на откуп коррумпированным чиновникам!
