Понятно, что Дни татарской молодежи были не только увеселительным мероприятием. Юные делегаты обменивались мнениями по поводу трудностей, проблем, которые есть в татарском мире, набирались полезного опыта. Кульминацией всего этого стал «круглый стол», проведенный самарской делегацией, тема которого звучала, как «Ассимиляция и ее влияние на судьбу народа».
Делегаты обсуждали вопрос: «Какой должна быть татарская семья?» Все сошлись на том, что в татарской семье обязательно должны говорить народном языке, исповедовать ислам, хранить и развивать обычаи и традиции своего народа. А есть ли такие семьи в наше время? Вопрос риторический. Что же мешает созданию идеальной татарской семьи? Среди причин делегаты назвали и низкое национальное самосознание, и трудную демографическую ситуацию, и экономические проблемы, и моногамность семьи, разобщенность татар и их ассимиляцию, т.е. обрусение, смешение с другой культурой.
Но даже сумев создать настоящую татарскую семью, очень трудно сохранить свою национальную самобытность. Нередко проблема упирается во внутрисемейные отношения, общение с иноязычными людьми.
Конечно, делегаты Дней татарской молодежи активно участвуют и в национальных мероприятиях в своих городах. Например, как рассказывают делегаты из Казахстана, в г. Уральске вот уже 17 лет работает татарский культурный центр. Здесь есть четырехклассная воскресная школа. Молодые люди изучают татарский язык и литературу, историю и искусство. В центре на основе танцевально-вокального кружка организованы четыре вокально-хореографические группы. Здесь даже есть музей Тукая. В дальнейшем татарский культурный центр намеревается выпускать свою газету.
Но не все города имеют такие возможности, как Уральск- спонсорскую поддержку, опыт. Не всегда у татарской молодежи есть и желание заниматься этим.
После общего обсуждения делегаты разделились на отдельные группы, в которых они искали ответы на возникшие во время беседы вопросы.
— Национальное воспитание должно происходить в семье, татары должны жить в своих регионах, вступать в брак с людьми своей национальности, — прозвучали и такие мнения.
Не остались без внимания и такие вопросы, как информационная поддержка, создание татарских национальных центров, реализация различных национальных программ Российского государства, развитие системы национального татарского образования.
Своими соображениями по этому поводу в отдельной беседе поделился председатель бюро форума татарской молодежи Ильшат Саетов.
— Сделаны первые шаги в создании журналистских проектов, татарских сайтов в интернете, проведении дизайнерских конкурсов национальной одежды. В планах — продолжить эту работу, оказывать посильную помощь в проведении концертов, организации форумов в других регионах, за пределами Татарстана.
Большой путь всегда начинается с первых шагов. На «круглых столах» и вообще на многочисленных мероприятиях Дней татарской молодежи делегаты приобрели большой опыт. Хочется надеяться, что в дальнейшем они внесут свой вклад в улучшение жизни национальных диаспор в своих регионах.
